We all sleep roughly 1/3 of our lives, but how much do you really know about an activity you participate in for hours each day. If you’re like us, not much until we decided to dig into all things sleep and figure out what is actually happening to you during those long dark nights. Enjoy part one of this three part sleep series on this week’s episode. If all this talk about sleep has you yawning hold on as things really get crazy when we visit the worlds of exoplanets. Would you like to visit a planet that throws shards of glass around at 11,000 MPH? How about a planets whose atmosphere explodes twice a year? Alright, probably not, but It’s still cool to think about. Finally, perhaps all you need to settle down for the night is some nostalgic 8-bit melodies from Nintendo games of yore. If that’s your jam, you’ll love host Travis’ new game, “what’s that sound?” So pick up your Walkman or whatever listening device you prefer and enjoy the ride!
